About Me
My Philosophy
I am Darshana Doshi, LMFT, a multi-state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada) with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My approach blends evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, with a warm, holistic perspective that promotes lasting mental, emotional, and relational wellness.
I have worked across a range of settings, including leading telehealth organizations, outpatient programs, and integrative care environments. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to offer grounded, flexible, and individualized care that meets clients exactly where they are.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, relational, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based modalities to create personalized treatment plans that honor each client’s strengths, support meaningful relief in the present, and build resilience for the future. My work is rooted in helping people cultivate balanced, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
I believe deeply in the human capacity for growth. Through supportive connection, practical strategies, and evidence-based care, I help clients move toward clarity, emotional wellness, and a deeper understanding of their authentic selves.
Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming, and seeking support is a meaningful step toward relief and clarity.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
